SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Closeouts For Less. We work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Closeouts For Less currently ships within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders under $25.00:
A flat $5.99 shipping charge applies.
Orders of $25.00 or more:
FREE standard shipping.
The qualifying order amount for free shipping is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Any available expedited or alternative shipping options and their associated charges will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take additional time.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
After an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Closeouts For Less may affect delivery.
Most customers should therefore expect their order to arrive approximately 3–9 business days after placing their order, although actual delivery times may vary.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Closeouts For Less may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable shipping carriers depending on the size, weight, destination, and requirements of the order.
The carrier used for an individual shipment may vary.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been processed for shipment.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and activate tracking information after a label has been created.
LOCAL PICKUP
FREE local pickup is available for eligible orders at our Dallas, Georgia retail location.
Customers who select local pickup at checkout should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving.
Pickup instructions and available pickup information will be provided with the order.
Please bring your order information when picking up your purchase.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Closeouts For Less is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect merchandise, or appears to be missing items, please contact Closeouts For Less as soon as possible.
For damaged shipments, please retain the merchandise and original packaging and provide photographs when requested. This information may be necessary for us to investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location and surrounding area and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate. You may also contact us for assistance.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
RETURNS
Shipping-related returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for information regarding return eligibility, return shipping costs, damaged merchandise, and refunds.
